A Hurghada grooming team built around patience and care

My cat hates being touched by strangers but the groomer here worked slowly, took breaks, and finished the trim without a single scratch or hiss. Took about 50 minutes and she was calm the whole ride home.

We moved to Hurghada last year and needed someone who could handle our old Labrador's joint pain during grooming. They adjusted the table height and worked around it without rushing him.

Booked a nail trim and bath for my terrier before a trip. They sent me photos mid-session which I appreciated since I was nervous leaving him somewhere new. He came back smelling good and not stressed at all.

The team remembered my dog's name and his skin allergy from the last visit, so they used a different shampoo without me having to remind them. Small thing but it says a lot about how they run things.

I brought in two kittens for their first grooming and was worried they'd be traumatized. The staff let them sniff around first and kept the session short. Both were purring by the time we left.

Been coming here for over a year with my Shih Tzu. What keeps me coming back is that they actually explain what they're doing and why, not just handing him back and sending me off.
